Although in the modern era thanks to the moder trasportation the route of a Tour de France is not necessarily a big circle around France anymore, there are still plenty of fans out there who would like to know in what form the peloton will complete the program. The big question is will the route of Tour de France go
clockwise or anti-clockwise?
Because the race will start in Lille and the route will heading to the western coasts of France, we can say for (almost ) sure, that Tour de France 2025 will go anti-clockwise. That also means, that the Pyrenees will come first (possibly second week) and the Alps will be the main attraction inthe third week.
The route will be officially presented on 29 October 2024.
Until then there are some new rumours and speculations about the program of Tour de France 2025 almost every day.
